Trinity Point is a large estate facing Lake Macquarie with existing residences, visitor accommodation, restaurant and entertaining facilities, and a public foreshore walk. The centrepiece is a recently opened marina with the major facilities to make it the preferred marina on the northern lakes of Sydney.
Dickson Rothschild are supporting the Client with design refinements in a S4.55 modifications application and construction documentation for the initial two Polaris apartment buildings. The proposed accommodation is a blend of residential and serviced apartments, in 4-storey buildings, taking advantage of the excellent views to the lake. Our brief includes close collaboration with landscape architects to ensure an excellent architecture and landscape outcome on the attractive lake setting.
Our design work seeks to deliver a higher order of product for the market, such as emphasises on luxurious ensuites, spacious kitchens with oversized granite counters, wide open balconies and green walls.
