Dickson Rothschild completed the design for the expansion of the existing hotel and residential estate within the grounds of a popular 18-hole golf course. The estate is located in a well-known beach and leisure destination, that is becoming an emerging centre being only a short drive north from Sydney.

The proposal includes a central area with business and convention facilities, a diversity of dining options – from family through to executive dining, and an executive sky bar, all overlooking the beautiful golf course grounds.

The existing residences are all houses, while the new proposed residences offer a greater diversity of living options including large two- and three-bedroom apartments, an upper level pool, as well as recreation and health facilities. Apartments on the higher levels have views over the golf course, ocean and mountains.
