Artiste is a 42 apartment multi-residential building located adjacent to the upgraded Gymea high street shopping street, and close to the railway station.

 

The building has an elegant curving façade running along the main road, complementing the historic street trees which were specifically retained and protected in the design. Each of the apartments are large and with generous balconies.

 

Dickson Rothschild’s involvement was as architects and planners on the development application, negotiating with Council to achieve a desirable design outcome while achieving a lift of the building from 4 to 6 stories.
