We’re pleased to share another successful outcome for our client, Orosi, in the Land and Environment Court.

Dickson Rothschild acted as the urban design expert in a refused application for additional storeys to a development in Randwick, assessed under the LMR policy.

The judgment recognised the quality of the proposed design, with the Court noting that the parties and their expert consultants had each “strived to achieve an outstanding development on this Site.”

A strong result for Orosi and a testament to the value of thoughtful urban design in shaping better development outcomes.
