Dickson Rothschild’s Urban Design team played a crucial role in reimagining the original design. By transforming a bulky building into separate wings and incorporating an atrium, we improved circulation, light, and the overall outlook. Our approach focused on how the development integrates with the evolving character of the area and enhances views of the nearby park. 

Thanks to a smooth Section 34 agreement, we avoided a potentially lengthy and costly process at the Land and Environment Court, enabling a more efficient path forward for this exciting project that aligns with Ku-ring-gai Council’s Alternative TOD Plan, which is now being adopted into their DCP.
