Dickson Rothschild are pleased to have worked with the Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Wollongong to gain DA approval for this 16-storey mixed-use building within the “Rail Arrival and Southern District” precinct of Wollongong.

We worked closely with design architects, PRD, to address Council design concerns such as updating the podium design for a superior street entrance and street interface, and we prepared an urban design study to demonstrate the appropriateness of the tower design against existing and emerging building heights, massing, bulk and scale, and community open space.
