In another recent successful outcome at the Land and Environment Court (LEC) in Beaconsfield, Dickson Rothschild’s experienced team of architects, urban designers, and planners developed a comprehensive strategy to address various objections and secure consent. Our team collaborated with the Designing Architect to reconfigure the layout and establish reasonable setbacks from the street boundary, supported by an in-depth study of the urban design context. We also demonstrated the contextual fit of the project to justify an increase in height beyond the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) height limit. Additionally, we assisted in creating a façade design that aligns with the high-quality living standards of the area.
Another successful win for all stakeholders involved.
