Dickson Rothschild’s context-based approach and site-specific design pushes for better outcomes
Dickson Rothschild obtained a consent for 39 apartments on a constrained infill site in Asquith. Despite the site having difficult constraints, we were able to demonstrate that the application underlying objectives of Council’s design guidelines had been met. This context-based approach resulted in a site-specific design exceeding Council’s maximum height standard by 21%.
