Dickson Rothschild achieved development approval success for two large multi-residential buildings in Carlingford. Both developments are above existing height and FSR controls, but were argued to be important for alleviating the chronic housing shortage of the area and being close to the light rail station, whilst also exhibiting good design and amenity.
