_gdsMarkdownParagraph_gPFA1_gdsMarkdownParagraph\">Our visual assessment and Urban Design expert report demonstrated how the proposal\u2019s height and scale responded appropriately to its strategic location and the evolving character of the surrounding area.<\/p><p class=\"gds-typography gds-text gds-text-small _gdsMarkdownParagraph_gPFA1_gdsMarkdownParagraph\">The Court determined that the proposed building\u2019s height and scale were reasonable within an area undergoing transition, reinforcing the importance of accurate, balanced urban design analysis in supporting well-considered
