This facility spans over 13,000 sqm and is strategically situated in an area designated for such industrial uses, minimising conflicts with residential developments.<\/p><p>Our urban design team has focused on enhancing the site\u2019s entrance to address the council\u2019s concerns about visual impact and landscaping. Despite meeting all planning requirements, the client had to seek court approval for the scheme.<\/p><p>This project represents one of two significant ESR developments in the Aerotropolis, with another larger facility currently in the court process.
