mixed-use building within the \u201cRail Arrival and Southern District\u201d precinct of Wollongong.<\/p>\n<p>We worked closely with design architects, PRD, to address Council design concerns such as updating the podium design for a superior street entrance and street interface, and we prepared an urban design study to demonstrate the appropriateness of the tower design against existing\u00a0and
