Our team collaborated with the Designing Architect to reconfigure the layout and establish reasonable setbacks from the street boundary, supported by an in-depth study of the urban design context. We also demonstrated the contextual fit of the project to justify an increase in height beyond the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) height limit.
