Reflecting the priorities of the community, this design by Dickson Rothschild transforms the existing space into an urban environment providing community infrastructure – a library and a much-desired public domain for leisure and public art opportunities – as well as underground culverts for endangered ecological species.
Characterised today by low lease activity and poor amenity, our planning and urban design proposal seeks to substantially increase job opportunities and residential offerings for this industrial section of inner west Sydney.
Millers Point Community Garden - the little garden that gives
The Millers Point Community Garden, and its dedicated volunteers, continue to be the little garden that gives. Dickson Rothschild are proud to have supported the start of this little urban oasis with our masterplans and solar analysis.
Rural living at the edge of Sydney - Arcadia Consent
Our clients were embarking on a new rural life on the edge of Sydney. Dickson Rothschild’s role was to masterplan clever use of their land to accommodate both their growing vegetable garden business and family living. We then reimagined the existing run-down farm house as a modern family home. This heart-warming project has achieved recent development consent.
This exciting mixed-use development received recent modification consent and will deliver a boutique and modern residential and retail offering to the new town centre of Epping. Dickson Rothschild has worked tirelessly with the Client on a journey of development applications and Land and Environment Court to achieve this now-desirable product for the market.
Envisioned as a local mixed-use hub of a new purpose-built club, shop top housing, shops, resort-style seniors living and a new north facing public park, the highly anticipated Heart of Willoughby development is now approved by the Sydney North Planning Panel!
