Circle Online Industry Roundtable –
Urban Planning, Law, Valuation and Real Estate Investment & Financing
Thank you Wealth PI, for inviting Dickson Rothschild Associate, Stacy Zhang, to participate in this stimulating round table discussion on the evolution of urban planning, law, valuation and real estate in Australia in light of the current epidemic.
A large audience tuned in to listen to four different perspectives on this topical area, and answers were offered on burning questions, such as:
Will a more rapid and flexible urban planning guide and approval system evolve after the epidemic?
Is Australia’s “big infrastructure era” coming?
Under the “epidemic economy” what are the investment opportunities against the trend?
