Carlo creates high quality photorealistic montages for development applications and marketing purposes and has a particular talent for succinctly capturing the intent of an architectural or urban design. Working alongside Dickson Rothschild’s Architects and Urban Planners, his 3D visualisations provide a powerful tool for testing options and facilitating collaborative discussions during the design process.  Carlo also has a particular expertise in preparing accurate and detailed studies and analysis in accordance with the Land and Environmental Court policy. In these demanding projects, his work helps to ensure accuracy and fidelity in demonstrating the potential impacts of future development faithfully and communicating future built form outcomes to the public.
